All items will be shipped in hard back photo envelopes with more than adequate protection to make sure that they do not get damaged.
For postage in the UK we have a flat rate postage of £2.75 for postage, for this £2.75 you will have your item sent out by Royal Mail. If the item is under £32 it will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for (insured up to £32). If the item(s) are over the value of £32 then they will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured up to £500).
For international postage the costs are as follows;
Europe & European Union a flat rate of £5.95 for international signed for.
For Usa, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, & Singapore we have a flat rate of £7.95 for international signed for.
If you are unable to purchase a product due to the fact that your country in not a recognised postage destination then please contact us.
If you are unable to sign for your package it will be held at your local sorting office for collection, in general they will leave you a note with details of what to do if you were unable to sign for the package. Upon collecting from the sorting office you will need to provide identification to prove you are the person that the package was intended for.
We try to get most items out within 48 hours, with a lot of items getting sent out the same day. Orders placed over or just before the weekend will not be posted until Monday. International orders can take up to a week to arrive depending on where about you live.
Please make us aware of any item that has not been delivered within 7 days as all items are sent out within 48 hours. If you are in the UK and your item has not turned up within 7 days not including weekends then please contact us on 01892 750066 or email us.
If for some reason you are not happy with you product then please phone us 01892 750066 or email us. We at Big Screen try to make sure that every item is as described if you find that this is not the case then we will be happy to give you a full refund.
RETURNS DUE TO POSTAL DAMAGE
We try to make sure that all items have adequate packaging to ensure that they don’t get damage, however if the case does arise then please contact us straight away and keep all packaging and products as proof. We will seek compensation back from Royal Mail and once this has been processed and received we will forward the compensation onto you.
Statutory Rights: Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
